Autumn was born and raised in a military family in Oromocto, where a strong sense of community and a close connection to nature helped shape who she is today. After graduation from Oromocto High School, Autumn became a mother, a life-changing role that strengthened her resilience and guided her to her calling, massage therapy, where she found a meaningful way to care for others while promoting relief and well-being.

 In 2023, Autumn graduated with distinction from Eastern College, where she developed a thoughtful foundation in therapeutic techniques, anatomy, and client-centered care, allowing her to offer treatments that are safe, effective, and restorative.

Autumn offers personalized treatments that are tailored to each individual and their needs, allowing her to address a wide range of concerns – from relieving everyday stress and tension to helping support specific conditions. Autumn has experience treating military veterans and active members with chronic-stage injuries, including PTSD. Her sessions often involve deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release and stretching, blended with myofascial “cupping” and hydrotherapy. Treatment sessions that require lighter touch, are relaxation-focused, or are pre-post natal are also in her scope.

 Outside of practice, Autumn enjoys day trips on the ATV, campfires, and anything outside with friends and family.
